I mean, that walking bit, you get, like, a really good tour around the gardens before heading in for the tea. That makes a big difference, it turns out. The gardens, they’re rather pretty. I mean, picture perfect, basically. So it’s also like a relaxed stroll more or less before indulging in some cakes, clearly a total win-win, right? The tea was fine but what makes that trip for me is all the foliage you get to feast your eyes on!

Alright, now let’s get real – “Royal History & High Tea” is more or less fantastic when it comes to the best bang for your buck. You still get a solid walking tour of the main royal landmarks. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, you get the whole thing. The guide may not be quite as polished in some respects like in the more costly options but it’s still interesting and a little funny too. Plus, Kensington Palace high tea is also involved! They obviously haven’t cut any corners with this treat! A good way to experience luxury without breaking the bank. You also save those pennies. Is that a great win-win, or what?
4. “The Queen’s London”: A Focus on Female Royal History
This next tour is interesting. Now “The Queen’s London” – this walking trip specifically zeroes in on the queenier bits. Stories of queens, princesses and also other super famous ladies connected to London royalty. Like your normal sightseeing adventure it’s so interesting and you hear like all sorts of new facts, and it’s, in a way, different, I mean. Plus the tour guides were very engaging! They seemed genuinely excited to discuss their chosen topics and tell you about what they knew and clearly made everything fun and that’s awesome when you think about it. You finish up with tea in Kensington Palace but so, you too it’s almost like know it’s that walking trip that makes that particular trip awesome, honestly. 5. “Royal Family Secrets”: The Off-the-Beaten-Path Adventure
Lastly we get to the one with the gossip, in a way. “Royal Family Secrets” lives up to its promises in some respects. It wanders off the normal tourist trail and digs into some juicy backstories and more unusual details. Like some parts of London I hadn’t ever thought to visit before, or something. That was a total highlight for me! And well the stories are super good too, a little silly I would argue but great anyway. Just saying it really gets you thinking about those hidden aspects of British History. Plus a nice, in some respects, chill Kensington tea rounds it all off in some way. Have a blast by digging into historical facts. The tea, you might enjoy but that adventure to unknown spots will keep you hooked!
