Description:

 

     This noodle dish is famous at both Malaysia and its neighboring country, Singapore. It’s more common to find dry version of Mee Siam in Malaysia, unlike Singapore which offers Mee Siam in gravy version. The ingredients of this noodle dish are minimal, and instead gain much of its flavor from the assorted spices used such as chili paste, shallot, candlenut and tamarind.
