Stir-fried Celery and Lotus Root served with Roasted Almond Flakes surely offers a healthy indulgence, basically stir-fried with little seasoning and no other additional dressing, there is slices of fresh celery, lotus root, carrots, topped with delectable almond flakes.
Pan Fried King Prawn with Cheese, with its tempting dish presentation, one can hardly resist this course. The King Prawn is juicy, though not as fresh as those in close proximity to coastline area, this one in Xin still score high marks in terms of the culinary skills.
